If a tenant we place into your rental property leaves before the end of the initial lease term, we will not charge you a Leasing Commission to find a replacement tenant. (excluding moves for military orders).

Maintenance Guarantee

Maintenance service performed by our in-house maintenance company is guaranteed for workmanship for 1 year.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our services, and we can’t make it right for you, you can cancel our management agreement without penalty.

Eviction Guarantee

While we are managing the property, if a tenant we placed has to be evicted, we will handle the cost of eviction, up to $2,500.

Before AM took over the previous company left us in horrible conditions. We had air conditioning issues, leaking, mold. My kids and I were frequently getting sick due to the mold. Samantha helped us so much. She sympathized with our situation, and found a resolution. She transferred us to more space, and even let us use our first deposit as our first months rent! We needed this money to move and couldn't be happier we didn't have to hire a lawyer. Sam is amazing and friendly, AM Realty knows how to take care of people! Which is definitely different from most here! Thank you again so much for everything!!

I've dealt with some nasty management companies in the past, and AM is a breath of fresh air to me. I wouldn't recommend any other property management company!
